All prints are produced to order to ensure quality, accuracy, and careful presentation. Orders typically require a short production period before shipping, as each piece is prepared using professional materials and processes.

Standard shipping, express shipping, and local delivery options are available at checkout. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Local delivery is available within a 30-mile radius of Columbus, Ohio. Delivery is scheduled after production is complete to ensure a smooth and convenient handoff.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Each print is produced to order and carefully inspected before shipment. Due to the limited-edition and custom nature of the work, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your print arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of:

• The artwork
• The packaging
• Any visible damage

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Additional Notes

• Items must remain in their original packaging until the issue is resolved.
• We are unable to accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect.
• If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Custom and Framed Prints

All custom-sized or framed prints are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
